Theres a one in over half a million chance (Jk, but big numbers confuse me anyway)that you will be chosen to become a tester (I think it happens when you first register you would be chosen). And you have to be a trained Disney Cast member to be VMK staff assuming you are even an adult. It should be pretty obvious.. elementary. The best hope for you is to become a CL_

To be a Staff member you have to WORK for Disney, to be a Tester you have to work for VMK.

None of the above replies are correct. However, my reply is, as I have applied for a job in all areas. (Staff, Testers, Designers) Here's how.

Testers work for a combination of Sulake and Disney Parks and Resorts Online. They work with Moderators (VMK_ and HOST_) along with Designers/Producers. They test new items, and work to fix bugs and add new things to the game. To apply for a tester, you would need extensive knowledge of Sulake, the game software, and Graphics/Game designing.
