Does anybody have some Yoga techniques that shape the spine?

I do some yoga, but I mostly just meditate. I'm not to great with shaping the spine, but balancing is my favorite.

the cat pose helpes me its where you sit on your knnes and bend foreward like a cat

Does it help you shape your spines?
