Homemade Recipes (Most are Sugar and Fat Free)

Orange Popcicles

Ingredients:

OJ
Popcicle Sticks
Foil
Glass

1. Take a glass and pour orange juice in it.

2. Take some foil and cover the glass.[/COLOR]

3. Put a popcicle stink through the foil.

4. Put in Freezer For Some Time!

Here it is your own popcicle stick!

You can use any juice you like!

Grape Popcicles

Ingredients:

Grapes
Toothpicks

1. Take A Grape and put a toothpick in it.

2. Do This Multiple Times

3. Put The Grapes On A Plate And Put Them In The Freezer For Some Time!

4. There are your grape popcicles!

Fruit Freezies

Ingredients:

Strawberry Yogurt
Seedless Watermelons Cubed
Sliced Strawberries
A Banana
Orange Juice
Blender
Paper Cups
Plastic Spoons
Tin Foil

1. Be sure to wash your hands and check with a grown-up before you begin. You'll be using blender for this recipe.

2. Put all the ingredients into the blender.

3. Put the lid on the blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until its smooth.

4. Make sure the blender has completely stopped and then open the lid.

5. Pour the fruit mixture into paper cups

6. Put a plastic spoon, handle up into each cup and cover each cup with tin foil so that the handle sticks through.

7. Put cups into the freezer a few hours or until the mixture is frozen.

8. Peel off the paper cup and hold onto the spoon handle to eat this freezie treat.

I used to make these a lot. But instead of a glass I used ice cube trays, then you get alot of mini ones! If you do this, you have to use toothpicks, instead of a popsicle stick.. They are not just fun to eat, they are fun to make too!

doesnt glass shatter when a liquid is put inside of it and you cover it up and put it in the freezer?

Hate to tell you this, but none of those recipes are sugar-free. All fruit has natural sugar in it. And even though it's natural, it still affects your blood sugar levels. If you don't have a problem with sugar, then those are nice, healthy recipes. If you can't have sugar in any form, then use Kool-Aid or any other powdered drink mix and artificial sweetener. My favorite is Splenda.
