If you have gotten a reply to your ride team e-mail, could you tell me the date you sent in your team info, and when you got the reply?

I sent it in the first day... I know they said we had till like late this June to get a reply, but I'm still kinda nervous about not getting a reply, since this is the black hole..

We got a reply. I sent it in on the 10th and we got it back the morning of the 11th. I'll post what it says, I just have to go get it, lol.

I sent mine in when VMK opened on the 11th, and I got a reply on around the afternoon of the 12th. If your accepted, you will get your reply sometime:)

This is what it will say when you get a reply:

Hello!

Your team's registration for the Build Your Own Waterslide Competition has been
received and accepted. As the Lifeguard it is your role to make sure your team
is ready to go and that the following rules are followed:

* Each Pool Patrol is to consist of no less than 6 and no more than 20
members
* The ride may not exceed 30 rooms in length
* Players may only be on one Pool Patrol
* Each member of the Pool Party must contribute at least one room to the
ride
* The Lifeguard must be the owner of the Shallow End room, where the team's
ride begins

Your Pool Patrol must have a name; choose carefully, it must be allowable in VMK
and must fit into the Shallow End room name.

The first room on the ride is your Shallow End. The name of the room must be
"Shallow End", followed by the name of your team (example: Shallow End Dumbo).

Other rooms on the ride may have any name, although we do encourage the use of
the team name; words such as Pool and Patrol are also encouraged but not
required.

No "dictionary dances" are permitted in any Pool Patrol room names (example:
?Shallow End Dumbo To? is not allowed).

Now that your team's registration has been accepted, no changes may be made to
team name or team membership. Changes will disqualify your team from the
competition without further notice.

Only registered teams will be judged.

Judging will take place between Friday August 4 and Sunday August 6.

While it is not necessary to keep your ride open to be judged, we hope you will
be able to keep it open during the event weekend so other Players can enjoy what
you and your team have created.

i got a list of what i sent in. after the signature of VMK. It was what i sent in and what was accepted.. idk if you got that or not

On a side note, do any of you who got it use AOL? I only have AOL, so I sent it in through there. I've unblocked mailman@vmk because they've sent me something before, but I've got a watch on my spam folder as well.

they said the message will not get to you if you have AOL. you had to put in an alternate e-mail address..

But I've gotten a message from them before on AOL.

Same here. I've gotten kind of worried. I accidently sent in the registration by with my AOL email on the 1st day of registration so I tried registering again with my Yahoo email 2 days ago. I don't want to be wasting my credits, so I hope we get a reply soon.

Our team still have not gotten a reply we've sent ours in on the 10th and sent in another on the 13th because we had the feeling VMK did not see it..

Our team sent the application in on 10th around 1 am VMK time and got acceptance note on 10th few hours after opening.

Now ya'll got me worried. I sent in my teams registration on the 10th around 1pm NST and have yet to recieve a confirmation back. My hotmail has been known to block a few addresses but my I had no problems with my email during the last ride competition. I even added vmk to my safe list.
I'm getting really worried. Should I send it again or just hope for the best?
