How do you get the VIP badge?

after you completed the 3 original quests at the parks you were given a VIP badge card. It gave you the badge you see, but also entitled you to the VIP tour they used to give out. They stopped doing the tours just before last Christmas, and stopped giving the cards shortly after.

The only way you can get it now is to trade for a code from someone who still has an unused card.
