i think his name is blue because he was a former mod on TTC(toon town central) not VMKF if he was, im sure some of u wouldve seen him, since i am not a member of TTC, i have never seen him

Hank's blue username means that he is in the Hall Of Fame at this page here. (http://www.vmkforums.com/forums/showgroups.php)

If you are in the Hall Of Fame it means that you are important to VMK forums or Toontowncentral in some way. You don't usually need to be a mod to be there ;)
The blue name means we should treat him no different to anyone else :) And its just to incicate he is made of mod stuff if you need him.
