Since I'm banned does anyone have one of those 14 day free trials to toontown. I'm banned so I cant give much. But I'm good at the new pirate game so I could give a full pirate ship or two for the code.

Well, I see what the problem is. You asked to contact them in real life. Even if you didn't mean it like that. Staff still thinks it's asking for personal info.

My friend got banned for 16 years today for asking if they had A.I.M. It's just like asking personal information. Your lucky your not banned for 16 years as she is!!

Yup, what Cakee said is your best bet, if you don't want ALL your stuff taken away then I suggest dont ask for PI. PI=Personal Information.
