There is nothing given out on the Cruises that has been reported yet. Not even yavn or any Staff have said anything about VMK items being released on the cruise. If something was, it would be uber-rare.

The Stitch Collection (Stitch Hat, Stitch Pin, Blue Traveler's Crate) is only available from booking a trip to Disneyland online. You can also get it from trade for a very high price. ;)
