First I was in the game and after the first level I had 41,635 points. The leaderboard said I had 21,000 or something and I was returned to the lobby.

Second, I just finished the fourth level and had 191,030 points. I didn't go on to the last level, instead I was returned to the lobby.

I also played a round without any sound.

Anyone else having issues?

I play Fireworks a lot and have lots of different problems. I've been playing VMK (and the fireworks game) since early September and I've been having more and more issues with the game as the days/weeks/months have passed.

My most common problems:

1. The screen flickers in the game (even if VMK is the only window open on my computer), resulting in missing lots of fireworks.
2. can hear the fireworks lobby music along with the game music.
3. I mysteriously get thrown back into the lobby after a level when I should have continued to the next level (and it has nothing to do with #4).
4. My computer takes to long to load the next round/level and get thrown back into the lobby as a result.
5. The quick spontaneous d.c. in the middle of the game - usually when I'm playing my best game ever!
6. The game stalls, then I d.c.
7. no music at all.
8. only the lobby music plays, no game music.
9. The white stars do not appear on the fireworks at all, so I can't tell when the fireworks will fizzle out.
10. Anyway I hit a firework, it will only count as "OK" and I receive low points for it too - even if I hit it exactly. This usually happens for an entire game, not just one round.
11. The leaderboard not displaying the correct score.
12. Being thrown back into the lobby at the end of the fifth level without receiving credits.

Then there are the really bizarre - only happens once - mess-ups:

-splash mountain logs floating around the screen while playing.
-the level background is the fireworks lobby - with people walking around and talking.
-no fireworks come up at all!
-somebody walks through while playing.
-get sent back to the previous level instead of moving to the next level. :confused:

It's being bad again today.

I get this a lot too.

I have lost connection a few times right before the Park view level, even though I am in 1st or 2nd place going into it. It is very frustrating. I wonder if this is due to more people playing the game to get the blue crates? I also have had the fireworks explosion sounds, but no music. That is sort of nice because I usually score higher then! I guess the music distracts me. LOL!
