I have a question about stitch hat because i might get one. I know you have to sign up online to stay in the disneyland hotel but what happens after that like how do you get the hat...do you get the stitch hat from a certicate at disneyland or from the computer LOL ( if this has already been posted i'm sorry )

I don't really know, but I think that you get a code.

Sometime before your trip (usually around three weeks), you should receive a package from the Disney Travel Co. with all of your trip items, such as lanyards, tickets, etc. This includes the stitch set, which is three vmk cards. You enter the codes from the cards...make sure your trip information says "vmk virtual rewards," though. My recent trip was almost without stitch set because the travel company messed up. Good thing I had a print screen picture to fax them so they could correct their error! :-)

they actually send you a package wow and so i want to make sure when my mom signs up for it thers something about a VMK reward ( gosh i hope she doesn't do it when i'm gone LOL )

I received my packet from the Walt Disney Travel Company exactly two weeks before our arrival date. As long as your mom purchased the vacation package online from Disney Travel, it will include the VMK Rewards folder. :) I booked it by clicking on the link on the official Disneyland site.

You will also get a confirmation letter about 5-10 days after you book, this letter will line items all the booking details which will include the qty of vmk virtual rewards, If that is not present make sure you call the disney travel company and voice your concern, so it can be corrected.
