Part of this is correct, while the other part is incorrect. The villain in Pirates of the Caribbean 3 is an Asian pirates named Captain Sao Feng, played by Yun-Fat Chow. The cast is listed on the Internet Movie Database, and lo and behold, Keith Richards is listed as a secondary character. It is not confirmed, however, that he will be playing the role of Jack Sparrow's father. The first movie led you to believe that he was hanged. The villain is not associated with Davey Jones in anyway, however. I think there may be a battle of the villains in the next one. Davy Jones and Barbossa may fight over who claims Jack for their own, but who knows?

They filmed 2 and 3 back-to-back pretty much. The next one will be released May of next year. They are also currently talking about making a foruth movie.

I must admit, that I'm not very impressed with the poster, its a little cheaply done, looks alot like it could have been photoshopped easily. And personally, the beard is a little much.

but the writing on the poster is chinese. Chinese and Japanese writing dont really look alike much..

the poster is not that greatly designed, nor good looking.i go by the saying ' you dont judge a book by it's cover ' so i wont say that the movie will be bad, just saying the poster could of easily been photoshopped in a matter of minutes.

I heard the plot of that film

Barbossa, Will, and Elizabeth sail to world's end to rescue
Jack and Bootstrap Bill,
Then Elizabeth is kidnapped by Captain Sao Feng
And a battle begins between captain Feng, Lord Cutler Beckett, Davey Jones, and the newly promoted, Admiral James Norrington, in a battle that will decide the fate of pirates everywhere.

I tried it and I did not get that far. I got to the place where Jack and Tia but then I could not go any further, I do not know what I am missing...
It is different because so far you do not have to pick up any items for a quest. I think it is just like the Narnia thing (not the trivia) you do not get anything from it but downloads... but I could be wrong. When you get to the final destination you could get a vmk code.

The countdown they are talking about is a clock you download by clicking on the coin thing in jack's pocket. It is a countdown clock.
