Uh i think I was here during BETA because I actually Placed everything from my Inventory into my room and I found full sets of the tomorrowland pins, an Orange rocket, and no day 1 Badge. I joinged very early.. I'm not sure if the rocket was a gift and I can't remember.


*PS* The Tomorrowland Sets I bought were the first time they were sold.

EDIT: I joined 2 weeks after 1/5 Tomorrowland was sold.

ppl just got the 1st day badge, in like 1 week next to vmk be open.
and i dont remember if was the tomorrowland set the first pins to be released

Staff had "CM_" before their name, not "VMK_" and there were no QA's Hosts or CL_'s.

There was only Fantasyland,Adventureland and main street,
there was not any quest buttom,

There was a haircut for boys and girls that in the begin if u want to change that hair cut couldnt be used again

I never got a space suit either :(. I have one now thanks to the new game.

The first couple events in beta were:

Prarade leaders they went to main street and helped staff have a parade. Everyone is one in that parade got inferno!

50th event: This event was for the 50th celebration and some what a space event. They sold space suits tomorrowland 8/9 and had room competitions. The room competition were space and 50th aniversary party.

Im not a Cl and I bought a Mickey hat. Heck in Beta there were no CL's that came a few weeks later.

don't forget about the space suit being sold with tomorrowland 5/5 and Tomorrowland 8/9 ( well at least i think those are the correct numbers)

you are so so so wrong with some of that stuff i was in privte beta in march and they did not sell the here from day 1 pins you just got 1 if you sign up before june 27 2005

lol, I remember wondering what the badge on me was! Inferno was also given out by answering a question a CM asked, that's how I have an inferno. Space suits and Gold princess outfits came out too! I actually traded a 1 star fireworks and invisibility for my space suit in beta :)

I rerember when staff did not wear costumes.. They used to be called CM_ too, instead of VMK_ or HOST_

Aww that is so sad VMK staff arn't around the park as often. What has happend to VMK? So many people not obeying the rules. That is just so sad :(

Its so funny, staff didn't have a uniform then. They'd dress in the ugliest outfits too. That crazy Snow White hair with orange minnie tank tops and pink shorts will those yellow mickey shows... I remember when VMK_Mocha was on my friends list, I got to see her dressed differently at all times of the day.

i loved VMK back in beta i remember i joined and i was Guest600 something. now i see like guest424255 lol. Back in beta, more people were friendly. I remeber doing the hidden mickey thing(the first one) and i asked staff to help me and they did! staff were always all around the park. i think the last staff i saw not in beta was back when fonterland first opened on the dock thingy VMK_Lion was there. I miss not being about to have staff become your friends:( they can be a real big help sometimes.

The red rocker was never sold

Anyone from beta days want to tell the story of the Red Rocker? So many people either don't know they exist or think they're not worth much. I'd like to clear that up, but I'm not from beta and don't want to spread erroneous information. Thanks!

There was no green theatre chair sold in beta.

I miss those beta days.... No taken, everyone was nice to eachother, staff would actually hang out with us I remember, I was guest347. Now, VMK_Staff pays the slightest attention to us, players are oing the taken and bay be thing. VMK is just chaos now.

Being that I have been on VMK since Day 1 and have the badge top prove it, I am missing alot of beta stuff. And the sad thing is, I used to have so many pairs of green flip flops, and sold them all, not knowing they would be this popular... -cries-

The Red Rocker was given by staff during beta right after beta only 2 people that I know had the red rockers one person had 4 chairs and another had 2.
One of these people is still active on vmk, but i have not seen the rockers in there room for along time.

I feel your pain as I did the same thing with my green flips, during beta it took alot of time to collect credits it was just easier to sell your stuff.

I can disagree with faroutgirl. Even though I am not from Beta, I have had many people from Beta clarify that they were sold. And also there is more than ten. I would say about 20 at most.:)

Staff could also be on you're list in beta.

Daykoda clarifications really arent always the truth. I myself were from beta, Red rocker was not sold. If it was sold it wouldnt be that rare. Actually, woo-pid-e-doo-da I actually have some proof. Theres a vmk site that had screenshots of the items in stores, taken in the first couple days of vmk.

Any chance of posting the address for this site? I've been told many things (such as what Daykoda said) about the red rocker and just want to know what I'm talking about it when I do. Thanks!!!
