It's all about iFrames, but it's very complicated. As in me taking three months to even figure out that the code I had was wrong -_-
I prefer to keep this one to myself sorry XD

Well one side should be for navigation, that's usually the smaller side, the other should be for content. Usually that's what two column layouts are meant for. I can tell you which side is which if that would help.
