the first time i played lvl 2 it said i have played it 10 times and have to visit captain blackheart... so i visited him and he didnt say anything! so i decided to go back to the game to see if anything happened... when i got back it didnt let me play lvl 3 so i figured ill just have to beat lvl 2 10 times like everyone else... but when i win a ship battle it doesnt say anything about you need to win ( insert number here) more times. has this happened to anyone else?

LOL, that same thing happened to me! I had to win at level 2 nine more times though! I think that some people actually are able to play level 3 when this happens.

Same thing happened to me. I told the staff using the help button, they replied in like two seconds to say to use the contact us thing, so I did. Might as well have talked to a wall about it. Lol well, hopefully it gets fixed. I won like, 20 times, at first I thought I had miscounted, but after 2 more games I began to get the hint. Oh well.

this is awful i hope they fix it soon... i want to be able to play on level 3:(

LOL, I can almost never see my self but I like this bug because I always win for some reason when playing Capture the Flag.

i feel sorry for you but the evil bug did not strike me once i go and talk to captain blackheart and i got to go to level three

I don't think you really need to talk to BlackHeart.
Some of my friends said they didn't.
They turned out playing on Level 3.

Yesterday,
I was playing on Level 2,
then my friend said he never had to visit Blackheart,
so I tried to click Level 3 and it worked. =)

i am level 3 and it saids you have to play level1 10 times and the room change

I am able to play level three, even though I never got a message (from Captain Blackheart or otherwise) telling me so.
