Well, it's been known if a room dosn't do the taken thing and the owner isn't their, they will do the taken thing, at least this makes sure it never happens again.

I saw the sea serpant two times he just popped up at the bottom of the screen on level two round 1/3 and we sunk the pirate so he went away.

Arg! This used to happen back in beta: you couldn't be in someone's room unless the room owner was in there. We were constantly getting kicked out of rooms. It wasn't just about getting dc: if the room owner purposefully left the room, everyone got kicked out. Luckily, they changed it pretty quickly. I hope it's not around to stay

Yay for the inventory changes! Now changing clothes won't take 5 minutes each time! :D

Anyone know if we can organize the pins we put on or if they are represented the way we put them on instead of mixing up?

Wow, what a jackpot of exciting VMK changes! The programmers have really put some thought into these additions, and it shows. The new Pirates additions look fantastic and so realistic... It's a definite upgrade from the games/levels prior to today; I can't wait to explore them some more.

I think the best change is the alphabetization of our pin inventory. I can finally track what pins I have RIGHT ON VMK. (I don't have to look around for scraps of paper to write out "how many" I have.)

This will make it so much easier for pin trading in the game. I love organization, and this is the icing on the cake for VMK's pin traders.

Baby is not a tester. When the pirate costume magic first came out, it was tradeable. That's how he got 5-star pirate.

I love how they incorporated some POTC ride things into the game. And the new lobby music is awesome!

The five star pirate magic was because when these pins where initially released they where tradeable, as I also have a few five star pirate magic pins on hand Argh! I say...Argh!

I have seen so many posts so far regarding the sorting of pins, but its actually for all your items now not only pins. This sorting now occurs for your furnishings, clothing, pins and posters. Just wanted to mention that since everybody has been focusing on only the pins portion...

Pirates of the Caribbean Game

Arrrgh me Mateys! You may have noticed that a new version of VMK's Pirates of the Caribbean game set sail. Below are some Frequently Asked Questions and answers.

Q: What happened to the original Pirates Game?
A: Since this is basically a new game, all players will need to start over at level 1 and work their way back up.

Q: What is the difference between Capture the Flag and Ship Battle?
A: There are now 2 different ways to play the game: In Capture the Flag you and your team have to capture the other team's flag and return it to your base. If you get hit while you have the flag you will drop it. Ship Battle is a lot like the original game. Mainly all you do here is try to blow up the other team's ships.

Q: What happens if I drop the flag? Is the game over?
A: No, the game does not end, but you better hurry up and turn around and pick it up again.

Q: Ho come sometimes after my ship blows up I am in a little boat?
A: That is a row boat, and if you can make it back to your base you get a brand new ship. You can also pick up a dropped flag while in the row boat, but you're not very fast so be careful. If you get hit while in the row boat, the game is over for you.

Q: Why does it say I have to pay credits to play?
A: The game now costs credits to play. But if you win, you get more credits back.

Q: What is this extra ship looking button next to my title?
A: After you start or join a game, next to your name is a little ship button. If you click on it you get to choose 1 of 3 ships. Each ship has different features, so choose carefully.

I believe that she means that all pins from the same series (or multiples of one pin) are now listed together under the "Pins" heading and also on your person. In other words, if you have all 5 tomorrowland retro pins, they will now be together in your inventory instead of spread apart. See the pic posted re: the pins.

They both showcase Walt Disney World's water parks very well...

and I can't ever get enough of that Walt Disney World logo in VMK... :)

Looks awesome! As for the game, it's really cool. I like how you can change ships. I like the Black Pearl the best because it's really fast. And that other one, (forgot title) is cool because it can blow you up with one shot. LOL, it shoots like six cannons at a time! The new room is also very cool. And yes, there are bugs, a few of them. But VMK will figure them all out.

I've been to Typhoon Lagoon about eight years ago. It was pretty cool. And I heard Blizzard Beach is awesome also. I'm thinking a new BB or TL room for the summer. That'd be cool.

I also love how they just organized the inventory.

This all reminds me of beta, no one really knows what their doing. It's cool how they pulled it off in one night. ;) We knew this was coming but we didn't know when. Kind of like the Halloween stuff.

LOL, No big deal my friend...The vmk developers have made some pretty big changes over night here and have done a really great job. I initially was thinking that maybe they would provide the invisibility magic again similar to when they reset the fireworks a long long long time ago in a galaxy far far far away. Great job vmk!!! I absolutely love the items being sorted now by item names, makes it much easier when searching for an item...

I was never any good at the old pirate game, but the new features make it fair to all who are playing.

The loading screens are lovely, though I grew quite accustomed to the Everest-clad girl. Oh, well.

As far as the furniture, poster, pin, and clothing sorting? Let's just say I am eternally in their debt. As a trader, it makes my life so much easier. ^^
