I'm having problems getting into VMK. Like, when I log in, I see a black screen (with no VMK logo). Then I minimize the thing, restore it, and see the frame of the window, and my desktop background inside the frame. I tried putting my firewall thingy down, checked my connection, updated the Shockwave thing, even though I did it four days ago, and it's still not working. It was working fine two days ago!

So.... what do I do now?? I haven't been able to get on since yesterday. :(

Try clearing your files. This always works for me.

I think it's Tools, then Properites. And you'll see a thing about Cookies. Click Clear Files.

Will that, like, clear all the other site files? I mean, is it safe to do that? =/

Yea, i had that problem. I just had to wait a few minutes and it came back up.

I've been having that exact problem since yesterday. I just thought it was problems with my internet connection. I cleared all my files and I still can't get on.
