Could it be?!?

I just went to their front page, and the countdown ticker says they'll be open in 10 minutes, which is 7am Eastern time, which I think is 3 hours early.

Are they expanding their hours, every day, or just for weekends, or just for parade day? Or is it a countdown bug...?

Edited to add: Oh well, it was a countdown bug. Now counting UP from negative 1 hour.

hope they are, although it may be just for weekends. Morning are my second most comon time to play on the pc.

Ya, I guess it's been a week or so now that their time to open countdown runs off your 'puter's time.

Here's something that strikes me, though: they insist on using Pacific STANDARD Time, that is, GMT-8. This time of year, every place that I know of that uses PST ALSO uses Daylight Savings Time, so they are a hour ahead of PST. In other words, even a 'puter in Disneyland would show the wrong figure on the countdown timer.

The only place in the world that would show the correct figure on the countdown would be Alaska.

Since they cater to guests from all over the planet, it would be a courtesy if they would use GMT as their standard for time announcements. Everyone who needs to deal with time zones can handle GMT conversions.
