Computer, or Television?

If TV: There's a device called a Video Capture Card. Go and google it up
After I learn that, I need a FREE editing program, I have a Windows XP.
[b]Windows Movie Maker. Should come with XP
After that, I need to know how to put in music, etc. etc.

Well, I'll make this quick.

1) Try Microsoft Media Encoder. It's free to download, and it lets you take on-screen videos. Try Google to find it.
2) Yes, it's called Paint, lol. :D I don't know of any free editing software other than paint.
3) Go to a Music Code website and search the music you're looking for. That may help.

well, you could always take a picture of your screen every half a second and then save them all as gifs and them put them in the microsoft gif animator, lol
