Ok ive been trying to start an game tourmant, but it says my user can't do it???
I Pmed JeannieV and she said i should be able to start one...

Well is it just me?

I said the entire system is new to me and I was not sure, but that I THOUGHT you could and could see no reason why not. You will just have to wait & see. ;)

I have the same problem. It says me user group is not allowed. I was thinking only like mods/admins can do it or something..

Relax. It's only been out around a day now, and Nick's still adding games. I'm sure that he'll create the usergroup once everything else is taken care of. :)

Of Course, Only mods can start the tournaments off.

Only mods and admins can start them, although it would be cool if we could too :)

Only Moderators can. ;) I think the Mods have their own group called 'Moderator/Admins Group'. So it is right. You arent a Mod. ;)

So far it seems only mods and admins can start one. I hope that everyone can start one soon. Or some special group that loves arcades.. or something like that. It should work out ok if everyone could start one as long as there is a max number of tourtements going on at a time.

You are exactly right about the mod/admin group. As far as I've been told, we are the only ones who can start tournaments.

I haven't heard anything about the donated users group. Perhaps he has yet to set that part up? :)

I believe an Admin stated a while ago that the only "Full Members" are Mods, Admins, and the first 1000 people to join.

I'm not sure how it's even possible to get more than 70 coins in that game. I know I only missed two in my original high score, but 78?

Anywho, about the full members thing... If you check the news on the arcade page, Nick himself said that donating/subscribing members get to make tournaments.

Hmm... about subscriptions, probably a bug? This thing is still brand new and I'm sure Nick is working on it. You could try contacting him; there's a link in the Arcade specifically for problems.

The Tournaments have some icky bugs.. I got 28,000 on bowling. And to make matters worse the person I was against got zero points.. AND IT SAID I LOST!

Tournaments were restricted to mods only while we tested, they have been opened up now.
