You cant have anyones userpage, you have to go to User CP go down to Paid Subscriptions and subscibe for the Userpage Donation

There was one way, if you signed up before Easter, Nick gave everyone a free userpage

Go to your public profile click userpage, and you can type all sorts of things there, but if you want to add music and pictures I think you have to subscribe.

i know i just missed the easter thing by i think two days no no no i want a userpage so bad too
