Hi everyone! This morning my mom told me that VMK is a very unhealthy obsession and that I should stop. Of course, I resisted and she finally gave in. But I had never thought of VMK as an unhealthy obsession. I'm just obsessed with VMK, that's it. Then later today my friend said that VMK is in fact a healthy obsession (that friend plays VMK too). How? I wondered. Well, my friend said it's better than sitting down and watching TV all day. My friend was sort of right. So, is VMK a heathy obsession or not? I think it's both.

Yep, you should just play for about 3 hours? I mean, I'm getting a little bored with VMK now, so maybe 3 hours or 2. But here's a tip after seeing something on a moniter or screen: Eat carrots. Heh, I bet -ekb- has good eyes. ;)

Hmm...in the summer you might get out of shape, BUT, don't people say you need to get active? You have A LOT of time in summer. Eat carrots, they're good for your eyes.

True, but i have perfect eyesight and it hasn't changed. I have been playing VMK for a while, too. I also know something that helps: NEVER play VMK on your computer when everywhere else is really dark. But don't have too much light around you. Have just the right amount of light so your eyes don't have to strain to see what's on the computer screen, especially with all of VMK's pretty colors :)
