Any one ever have this happen?

We were playing pirates with four vs. four pirates.

It was down to one red and one blue. Two of us post comments like "you can do it". At the same time a lighthouse fires and shoots the last blue ship killing them. All of us post a lol comment.

The scores come up and just as the next screen is about to start we see "CPU: LOL" in caps scrolling up the screen.

This was kind of odd and I don't know if my partners in pirates saw it. Either the computer is alive and found that funny too or it was a glitch.

But I kinda feel like the master control Program does have a sense of humor after all. :D

During one of our games, we did see the CPU say "Go Red!"

During one of my games it was down to me and the other ship and everyone on my side said you can do it. and the CPU said "You can do it" I was alittle shocked that a computer was cheering me on lol.

if you say something exactly when the pirate ships appear it will say CPU: happened to me

It's just a glitch. If you begin to type something before the score screen comes up and you keep typing and finish and hit enter it will come up with the CPU thing.

So is it pre-programmed or a person watching and commenting?

I was trying to help someone on level 1, but ended up in a 4-on-4, which I hate, and managed to get sunk pretty quickly. The CPU said "How did you get that pin?" (I currently have a 3-star), and it freaked me out a little.

(I went on to help the person with 2-on-2, and did much better, getting on the high score board twice, a first for me.)

It was another player asking how you got the pin, but before he could type it all, the score board came up. Then, when it starts the next level, the CPU is remembering what the player said and pops it up

it could be tha cpu "remembering", it could be a mod checking in, but can we ever know for certain???? only Walt and th shadow knows for sure!

I spent the entire rest of the game thinking "the VMK mods have caught on to my using wife and friend's account to make a 3-star invis pin. I'M SO BUSTED. They're going to ban me, I'm going to the VMK clink, I'll never hang out with the boring old folk in Central Plaza again, no more envying LeanaSpin's mouse ears..."

OK, and I spent some of the following games thinking, "I'll show that smart-aleck computer / mod / HAL-wannabe that I can play this stupid game better than that...", because the "How did you get that pin" question sure sounded mocking at the time..

oh i didn't get it. CPu was chearing me on and once in a while it would say a phrase I was saying. Nice to have a computer supporting you lol.
