anyone help me on the quest in the diving pin in stuck on 15 anyone help

Join "Secrets of VMK" group. (It has all the answers to the quests)

1) Click "User CP" on top

2) Click "Group Memberships" under Miscellaneous

3) Click which group you want to join and that's it!

JungleMonkey said it all, but remember...I think you still have to make an explanation with it.
