I've decided to have a party at Music Game! It'll be called 'Mix Night'!
When: Every Friday at 9:00 PM CST(10 EST;8 MST;6PST) (the dates are that way so that they can accommodate everybody, please tell me if it doesn't accommodate your schedule, and I'll try to change it.)
What: 'Mix Night', a mix party, where we play our mixes! 'Mix Night All Star Award'!
Where: Street Party Music Game at the district South-South-West.

P.S.: After 2 weeks of this, I will give out a Mix Night All Star Award to(in my opinion) the best mix!

FINALLY! I have a reason to try and come up with a new mix outside of boredom and 10 credit!
That, and I'm not really all that happy that I don't get anything for playing my mix 200 times already.

Here's a slight variation on this theme that you might enjoy. The other night when we couldn't get into the Monorail closing party (ARG, stupid fire code!), MisterToad, shiregirl, Lady and I went to the Music Party room to hang out. We decided to have a contest to see who could come up with the best new mix in five minutes (you could set any time limit you want). Then, we planned on having someone judge whose mix was the best (unfortunately, VMK closed before we got to vote). Working against the clock adds an interesting dimension to the contest; you may not make a perfect mix (heh, I've spent over an hour on one of my songs before :)), but it's fun to see what you can come up with.
Alexander, don't forget that I'm giving you a consolation prize (http://www.vmkforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5248) for playing your mix over 200 times and not winning anything official...I just need to think of something special for you (and get some more credits). :)
