Paint Shop Pro 9. A very nifty program indeed. I am going to try to make a costume in GIMP soon. I have not used that program yet.

Yeah it probably has most of the same tools. Although my brother says X i worse because Corel bought PSP from Jasc. He said he tried it, and he likes 9 better. He is usually really good with programs so if he does not like it... well you get the point lol.

I have decided foir the time being I am going to stop doing girl costumes. Why? Well I only have done one boy costume and I think it is not fair to the boys that they don't have any cool costumes for them. Here are a list of by costumes I might make:

I have sent them in to vmk many times (each time I make a new costume I send it in). I was thinking about making the orange and pink fairy costume in rl so I can wear it. I think it would be cool. Maybe if vmk does not use some of them (if they even use ANY of them lol - probably not), I can make the ones I made up, in rl. That would be cool, to have coolio costumes in rl.

Yeah, that woud be cool but the only thing is I'm not very good at sewing, unless I hired someone to sew it. Well my best friend in rl knows how to sew (she makes quilts and stuff). She helped me make these pillows for my room. Her mom is also good at sewing, She kind of tought me some things.

Well you never know. I never thought I'd be to the point I am now. The key is just to experiment and take a chance. Most of my techniques, I figured out on my own through experimenting and playing with the tools.

I thought I'd test my skillz and see how well I can make things in paint, so I made this outfit. The shoes turned out not that good lol. I thnk if I was using psp9, I could have made it in the quarter of the time.

The program I used? Well to download Flash free trial go to Macromedia.com. Jasc Animation shop came with Paint Shop Pro 9 since they are made by the same company (I beleive).

Hmmm well when you download one make sure to check what site you download it fgrom and who made the program. I would go on download.com to download a program. I wouldn't googe it and download it from some random site.

Whenever I see this thread on the most recent posts list I cant help but look. Your Drawings are just so good that I look forward to every new one you make I always enjoy seeing a new costume up in your posts because of how real they look. You must take so much time making the details. All of your costumes are very interesting and so really they look even more real than the actual costumes in VMK ( sounds crazy but its true). I just want to thank you for taking the time to show these costumes and just know that if you ever get bored of making them of think it is a waste of time (I doubt you would but just in case), just know that others will never get tired of your artwork!

I am naming all the fairies I make, this one is called Kascarri (after an RPG character i made a while back. And it has part of my name in it.). And the Orange and Pink one shall be named Kariss (They are sisters :))

Hey scarry how do you do this stuff you know take a pic on VMK then put it in the paint shop then paint and stuff i know it takes a lot of practice but i have some great ideas as i said befor and want to send some to vmk and put them on here and i also need to know how to put them on here my brothers knows kind of but he does not really plz tell me plz scarry and i am your #1 fan you have inspired me so much

Go in VMK (in a room) and click on the shirt icon (how you change your clothes in vmk). Change the clothes to your liking, then hit Print Screen on your keyboard. Then open your paint program and go to edit: Paste. And there you go.

My favorite section is Mystical and Magic section (I thinks thats what its called @_@)

Sometimes there are little errows next to the icons. That means there are more tools. I circled all the tools I use.

No I use www.randomimage.net as a host. I can make a rotation of all the sigs in my folder (you can make different folders for different rotations).

That is why you use it until you filled in all of what you wanted to fill in. Sometimes using brush can work better but you risk paiting over the outline with is a no no.
(always make an outline of your outfit before you color.

this is a little off topic but scary can you mkae liek backgrounds for computers i was justa littlt currrious about that

Thanks Scarry! I used some new tools on photoshop, for shadows and highlights.. I also thought outlining looked better :) I used your costumes for inspiration, Because your so fabulous :D

I've done so many fairies... and pirates and plus it might be a weird match lol. I am still thinking of what costume to make next. I put a lot of thought into my costumes. Sometimes when I have an idea I have to make it, but other times I think on it and decide whether I should or not.
