I need some help trouble shooting my computer. I'm trying for get VMK set up but everytime I get through the sign on process, I get the following message:

Connection Failed

Cannot connect to the VMK server.
Check your firewall/internet security settings.

I've turned off my firewall (Norton Internet Security) and added https://www2.virtualmagickingdom.com to my trusted website list. I've also tried lowering my security settings to the lowest possible setting.

Nothing has helped. My OS is Windows XP. I've also searched online and can't find a solution to this problem.

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong? My son would greatly appreciate it.
