Pin Trading? Sounds a lot like Patch Trading, which is a big event at the National Jamboree for scouts. The Different areas have their own patch, that represents something from their area. Scouts trade their own patches for patches from different areas. I don't know how this would incorporate pins, but that would be cool if it was like that

Its a shame, I have all these credits saved up [a little over 25k] so I can like gourge myself in cowboy hats and of coarse the one weekend I'm missing is this. Ya'll will be trading and frolicking, trading and frolicking, and following around cast members like the great SS VMK is sinking and they have the only life jackets while I'm driving myself [as in me, the only person in the car, driving all by me onsies, savvy?] up to Pennsylvania from Florida.

This is not fair. CLs are not supposed to get special attention. yavn told me that CLs just get CL_ in front of their name. It is not my fault I am not a CL. It is VMKs really. I haven't played long enough so wat. I have played for two months!!!!!

You should say: staff (insert name) has informed us there will be a pin trading event this weekend. Save your credits, there will be a new costume. There might be other things going on so be sure to visit VMK this weekend. Instead of making those with out the CL title feel less than those with. No one is ANY better than anyone else. We were just selected to wear the badge. Other than that......Event coming this weekend! Coolness.

I can tell you there will be come cool new pins and clothing, but I can't tell you which...

What VMK_Babs said is that the event will be this weekend and that costume(s) are going to be for sale along with the pin. Also, that VMK staff cannot ask or tell CL's to help with events. *scrambles brain* Oh, and nothing will be handed out by the cast members (or so I remember.)

I would imagine that the costume will be wearable by both genders. Would be a bit rude to bring out a girl or boy only costume since BOTH play the game. Those Community Leaders and other guests. This was not an "official" meeting at all. It was more of a question and answer session. VMK_Babs, in fact, went out of her way to discourage any discussion of Community Leaders having special status. She emphasized again that the leaders are guests who are there to provide help to newer guests. From the part I heard, there will be no special privileges extended to community leaders such as extra goodies or special outfits.

I at least got the impression that what I've been doing all along is pretty much what they want and expect. You just wander the kingdom and, while you are playing the game yourself, you help new guests with their questions.

I didn't stay the entire time but I saw Nedakh was there after I left. Perhaps he can add more details that I may have missed.

It's themed.

For the Space Suit, everyone had to go to Star Traders and click the Special! Tab while in the store. That was the only way to get it. I'm assuming the same was applied to the Princess outfit over in Fantasyland.

The Scorcer Mickey Ears were at the emporium, so if any of the special hats comes out this weekend, they will probably be there. If they are not and you see people walking around with them on, I'd check the clothing menu that comes when you first enter VMK. You know, just to be safe.

Cost has not been confirmed or maybe they are not telling us, but just start saving lol and I am gonna make a girl account for the princess dress LOL, that is if they will release it
