About a week ago I was in my junk room, and I was organizing my furniture as usual. I right clicked and pressed rotate and start to flip the water trough (the thing the horse drinks out of, 1000 credits at golden horse shoe) and all of a sudden it dissapeared! I checked my inventory, my rooms, my inventory again.. I logged out of the game and then logged back in, checked everything again, etc.

I ended up going back and trying to walk around the area that it was in, and no luck, I did not run into anything, I have heard of invisible furnitue.

I emailed the VMK team politely telling them exactly what happened, but no response so far. It's really bothering me, I mean, if it was a chair or a crate.. but this was a very expensive item that I love a lot lol, seeing as I am the water girl..

On the intercot boards there was a report of this happening to another person, the exact same thing happened where they were rotating it and POOF! its gone.

Has this happened to anyone else? What else am I supost to do but wait :(?

Yes, this exact thing happened to me. Weeks ago. I still have not heard from anyone at VMK. I posted what happened to the 'contact us' option on the website.

Still no response.

Same thing happened to me with the water trough a few weeks ago. Still no recovery and no response from VMK.

haven't had this happen but I have had problems with furniture. I used to have teacups but couldn't sit in them. I couldn't rotate my teepee but that was ok because it was only half there.

with as much as VMK staff comes to the forum i am sure they wil lsee this, good thing you already reported it to the staff, but did you report it as a BUG?

anyway just give them some time and they will let you have it again very soon ;)

ive never had anything go poof before

but i have had plenty of problems with furniture

ive had times when some furniture was not selectable or when i could not place a item at all but re entering the room usally fixes those problems

ive also had the frezze up problem when furniture goes outside of the guest room wall and the whole game freezes up

I lost 2 things 2 of my ROOMS!!to be exact I did not contact vmk though it bugs me alot because i got them with codes.why does this i am still looking to find out.take care and be careful until then.

The same thing happened to me almost a month ago, and with the same piece of furniture. Unfortunately there is still no resolution to my missing furniture issue. At this point I've just considered it forever missing and a loss of 1000 credits, as I ended up purchasing another water trough for my room. I hope you're at least able to get some resolution to your missing trough. :nemosmile

Same thing happened to me today. I just got back from Disneyland and had won the Big Thunder teleporters on the tour so I figured I needed to make a 'western' room. Plunked down the water trough, rotated it and it vanished in two(god, it feels good to type a number correctly) positions and would reappear in the other two. Having not seen this thread yet, I foolishly left it in an invisible position then zoned out and back in. As stated above, no water trough to be seen, clicked on, or in inventory. I did, however, find it invisible around where I left it.

I emailed this afternoon about it, but it sounds like I will be lucky to hear back. Which bodes poorly for my petition over a person who trade window scammed me for an invis pin last night...but I digress.

One last tangent before I go. Why is it that in the call for help section in game there is an option for "I lost my stuff", or some such, and yet when you use it you get the 'form letter', "This is for 9-1-1 type emergencies yadayada..Please use the contact us button on our website blah blah blah"? Or when you use the "Someone is harassing me or upsetting me" option for just that, you get the same response? I mean getting scammed seemed to me to be pretty severe harassment, and did upset me quite a bit. Oh well.

Oh, and I have lost two(mmm, numbers) shower items. One a few months back, and one today(argh). I didnt bother reporting those.

Dont mean to sound negative. I love disney and am thrilled with the fun I'm having with this free game offering. Just had a run of bad luck and am glad to hear it wasnt just me..and I mean that in the nicest possible way. I truly do.

My onle trouble with furniture is how it sticks to me when I leave the room. I have a tee pee (is that how you spell it?) that I place and every time I leave it comes with me. Wierd! I have heard of water problems in the past so I will never buy one.

I luckily have not tried to move my trough since I originally placed it. However, I do have a "missing" train teleporter. The funny thing is that it is still there, but invisible so you go in the non-invis. one and come out where the other one supposedly is! Kind of freaky-cool!

I reported this bug well ove a month ago. Yes, A MONTH AGO!

Nedakh has it worse off. He has invisible train teleporters.

ya! me to! i had the 1000 point poster from the western shop, and all of the sudden it is gone!

I had the same exact problem with the water trough about a month ago. I had just placed it and was rotating it when it just disappeared. haven't seen it since.
