I was wondering, I have not yet seen anyone else with this room, except staff.
Or is the quest out already?

I think she is...the quest hasn't come out yet so yep (I think).

She probably received the room from a tester or staff member. Everytime something new comes out, they usually give it away to one person.

does it have QA_ in front of her/him, thats the only way to see if that person is a tester and if that person has a Blue Micky Ears hat that is only for testers.

The quest was released, she is not a tester. The room is very rare though, but she isnt a tester, most likely because the room was still released.
