nope. maybe you should suggets it to the VMK staff :)

For the time being I believe you can NOT sell your rooms. I have sold items such as furniture, but that is about it.

I asked a VMK person while in VMK and they said that you can't sell or trade rooms yet but that feature may become available.

I noticed that you can't sell anything over 500 credits, any of the teleporters, or any of the pins you buy from the stores. At least in my inventory that is the case.

And rooms fall under the 500+ credits catagory.

Ok, then. That settles it. LOL. I am stuck with a squid room I don't want. ROTFL.
