I know this has been answered before but I can't find the original thread. I just won a prize and it says click here to open the link. Problem is that nothing is happening when I try to click on it. Any suggestions?

Thanks.I don't think anyone has ever found a fix for this. When these prize links first came out, the prize message disappeared the first time you clicked past it, and the link was also broken. However, eventually they fixed the link. After losing a few of these messages, I started bookmarking the broken links and checking them daily to see if they were fixed yet. Of course, as soon as they were fixed, the links would only load once, so I lost a few more that way. :) At any rate, I think the fix for this was to make it so the messages didn't disappear anymore. Unfortunately, they were never able to get the links fixed again. Finally after having the messages in my box for over a month, Nedakh and I talked to Yavn about it and they were deleted the next day. It seems to me like they have fixed this on a going-forward basis though since other people are getting PDFs again.

I wrote VMK about this issue. They told me that they couldn't fix the problem, but they gave me 500 credits as a consolation prize. You might drop them a line.
