im not a mod but i think you have to be at least 13. mods can sticky threads, delete/edit other peoples posts, and ban people

I PMed a mod about this stuff before. I forgot what he said. But, they chose it by seeing who is nice to everyone, follows the values and etc. There is no sign up like the comunity leader on VMK. Thats what I was told.

It all depends on maturity, not as much age. (There is a certain limit, though.) We pretty much handle and control the forums (closing threads, editing posts which need to be edited, dealing with people who break the rules, etc) besides adminstrators.

It's also more of a "don't call us, we'll call you thing" so asking to be a mod is definately not going to make you one.
