Iv'e only been playing VMK for 3 months now and i'm hooked. And I wondered how VMK would be like on it's 5th anniversary! Here's my prediction.
There will be up to 50 different rooms possible to have. Up to 40 different costumes. Over 25 magic pins. The VMK map will then include an Animal Kingdom and Epcot or Disney Studios. The stitch hat will be one step below immortality. Trade rooms will be renamed antique rooms. My connection will still be getting dumped every 30 minutes. And i'm gonna have to be put in the crazy house just trying to keep up with it all!

In The Future there will be too maps for VMK and lots more stuff.

If there's more land and more room, then that means it won't be as crowded. I'm sure VMK will be very improved with new costumes, new places, new magic, new games, and they might even add disney people walking around like they do in Toon Town!

I totally agree. I've been playing for a year too, and I think it won't last that long either. I think the people who were on VMK in the beginning, like me for instance, will all go and the guests will take over! MUAHAHA! But seriously. I had to take like a 2 month break, it was so overwhelming.

In case anything bad happens...I'll put two examples.
If they get shut down or something...I'm sure everyone will scoot to Virtual Animal Kingdom (if they make one).
If it stays up, it will be like the population of an entire two continents..lol, and there will be so much quest stuff it'll be hard to keep up, they will have magic furniture or something..that changes colors lol. They might have little pets like cats or something. Lol. They might have roller coasters like at WDW, DCA, and DLR.

So much fun, I never thought there would be a topic on this lol.

It is "Virtual Magic Kingdom," yes, but parts of it are based on attractions in other parks. The Sci-Fi Dine-In is at Disney-MGM Studios, for example.

I would pay too! However, I will never pay for toontown because it's so BORING!! And if there are so many people it will be hard to find people! Ah!! * scream * it's hard enough already

I think that unless VMK finds some way to raise money for themselves, then they will be gone in four years. they're already having server problems.

i tihnk they should give "doner dadge codes" to people who donate to them or something. its what powerpets does.

ok get this i plan on playing vmk for the next 35 years yes 35! so i will be 48 then lol but i mean i love vmk and i bet it will get a name change in at least 2 years to VWDW bc i mean we already have a glimps of MGM and Animal kingdom in vmk so i bet it will get a name change and thats why yavn said no more areas for VMK but if it becomes VWDW i bet it will but paying looks like disney would not do that toontown is just a 3D game this is 2D it cost less lol but i do see alot of magic rooms and me and my friends owning a railroad through each of our 1,000,000 rooms lol

VMK will have all the lands and they will all have stuff not built in the park yet. VMK will have to buy a much bigger server bc everyone crashes 10 seconds after they log in and VMK may have a holographic versions in future arcades! @_@

What i think is look at how fast the rate of players increases in i years time.(i joinsed about a year ago and know the number of players has tripled)My point is that VMK in the future will not be a VMK any more. it would probably have Disney World as a nick name because the game itself is so vast so dont be suprised if VMK turnes to a bigger approach

If VMK last, I will be playing even when I can't walk. My grandkids will be playing with me I suppose, LOL! Anyways, I think in four years VMK will have another part to it, that part will be VWDW. On the map you could click VMK, VWDW, VHKDL, VTDL, and VDLP! Well, maybe the VHKDL, VTDL, and VDLP will be much later.

My best guess would be that it will have added a fewnew words to the dictionary

i personally think that a very small amount of ppl that currently play VMK will still be playing VMK for years from now. And with that being said we can expect some items that eventually only few of us would have that are very common in current VMK. Like maybe say only for ppl will have a set of narnia teleporters lol

I've noticed a trend in the game. In July of 2005 the average users on was 2400. In December of 2005 the average users on was 3500. The average users now are around 4000 or so. In the next for years, if VMK is still popular, there will probably be 5000-10000 people in the Kingdom at any given time.

i personally think that a very small amount of ppl that currently play VMK will still be playing VMK for years from now. Maybe a stupid old poster like jungle cruise will be so rare, that if you sell it you could've gotten a great offer but too bad! :(

I dont know about you guys but like i said vmk will be slower than today even if i can't on vmk and just go into a room like the emporium!
