How do i insert a picture in my userpage? Plz help!

first find the picture you want and save it under my pictures or documents then go to picfury.com ( there are others but i use this ) then click browse click on the photo that you saved hit upload then all theys codes will show up use the 1 for forums then go to your user page hit the picture button oh yea and copy the code from picfury paste the code into the pop up thing hit ok and presto!
if you want i can do it for you also check my userpage and click on the pictures they will take you to picfury

do u know how to put videos on your userpage

u need to go to a site that has codes for them like ****************** and click one of the things u use them for (sorry i forgot wich) and copy the code then paste it on your userpage
