Mahalo!

I have some reason to believe that Cowboy will/is decreasing in value. I have noticed that tons of people have some part of the Cowboy outfit, just about everyone who has been here for over two months. I also have reason to believe that Explorer Suits are going up in value, though. I have switched my costume from Cowboy, and I'm now wearing the Full Yellow Explorer suit with the camera. The reason I changed was that I am getting sooo tired of everyone either wearing Cowboy, or having "Looking for Cowboy" in there signatures. Anyone else feel the same way? I just like to have a look of originality to my costume, not something that everyone has. :)

yeah i also think cowboy is decreasing bc so many ppl want them and now most of them have it. Now they probley want to get the explorer suit. So that is why i also think that explorer suit is going to go up

Yes, I somewhat agree with you. Lots of people are looking for it, but it doesn't mean more people have it. They haven't sold the Cowboy costumes for a while, so there are still the same amount out there. It is in a higher demand than the other costumes though.

You have a good point, although what I meant in my original post was that there are some people who have that in there signatures, but that occurs far less than me actually seeing someone wearing a Cowboy costume part. I do like the look of the Cowboy costume, but I don't think I like it now as much as I do my Yellow Explorer costume. :)

I actually see more people wearing the full explorer costume than the full cowboy costume. It's probably just the latest craze, just like the dresses before Valentine's Day.

I keep myself original by combining costumes. I haven't seen one person who is wearing the exact thing as me yet :)

Yet another good point, Retri, about the dresses. Although, I can't agree on the more people wearing full Explorer than Cowboy. I have seen far more many people wearing the full Cowboy than I have the Explorer (Especially the Yellow with camera, lol). But, I will say, that If everyone stops wearing Cowboy, and starts the same thing with Explorer, I will change again. That's just how I am, I want to be different than everyone else. :)

Yeah, I guess we have. :) I still think, though, that Cowboy is decreasing in value. :)

I'm thinking the same clustyjr. Cowboy was sold at two different times, while the Yellow Explorers Suit was sold only once, and many people didn't buy it because they had the green suit already. Everyone wanted cowboy... nobody cared about explorers.

Conclusion: Yellow Explorers Suit is now one of the rarest costumes, and definately rarer than Cowboy.

I used to wear my full cowboy but every one had it so i changed to my full HM suit black. not many people have it

Sorry to be against everyone, but here's my opionon-

I personally never seen someone asking for a yellow explorer suit in their signature or in a trade room. Not much people bought them, and not much people are wearing them. It wasnt one of the popular items. Cowboy costumes, however, everybody wants. Not as much people as yout hink have them. Everybodys had the same amount since its got out, they arent "increasing" becuase they arent being sold. Thats just my veiw.

I dont think its decreasing in value while in most parts alot of people are looking for the cowboy suit. I agree with xvintage, cowboy suits are definetley in higher demand but since they are I can see VMK re-releasing them in the near future to make all these people happy. ( and everyone who has the costume a bit mad, lol)

Well lots of people always ask me if my Gray Mansion Suit is for trade, and the answer is always no :)

JackeryB your first sentence is my point exactly. Many people are looking for it, even people who just joined and found out about it yesterday. That is precisely why value is going down on the Cowboy items. Everyone wants it, and most people at least have a part of it. It's just like the Stitch hat concept, value is going down because more and more people are getting them. Something is always more rare and more valuable when less people have it, which is what the meaning of rare is. :)
