How to get it: Beat the Haunted Mansion game and get a top score (over everyone who has played in the high score list)

--Wishes Pin
Ability:Tink flies down and circles around you. As soon as she disappears Fireworks like the Wishing Stars from Wishes at WDW fly up around you.
How to get it: Beat Fireworks with a score of 250,000+ (something I can't do lol).

--Gold Pin
Ability:This pin has no magic of its own, but can be combined with other magic pins to make their effect last longer!
How to get it: Beat PotC with a score of 25,000 or more :)

--Dreams Come True Pin
Ability:A dream cloud appears above the user and gives everyone in the room 5 credits. This can only be used once per day!
How to get it:Combine three of the Gold Pins to get a 1 star version of this. When you combine four Dreams Come True Pins you receie 1000 credits, but the effect doesn't last longer.

--Pirate's Gold Pin
Ability:Gold jumps up from beneath you in hidden Mickey-like shapes.
How to get it:Complete an ONLINE quest in the Skull Room (one of the new guest rooms)(also i am not saying there will be online quests,but if there were this should be a prize) :)

Life of the Party Pin

When anyone wearing this pin enters a normal room or guest room, the maximum number of people that can be in the room is automatically doubled. Could sure use one of these in the Comedy Club! :)

To get this pin, you would either have to win a Best Guest Room pin (maybe they would just be the same pin), or your guest room would have to be at maximum capacity for a certain length of time or number of times.

fighting spirit pin: makes u hold a keyblade for a while and when u friend request someone, they automatically be ur friend! u get it by beating kingdom hearts game with above average score! (im obsessed with kingdom hearts lol!) :D

Fairy Godmother Pin
This pin allows you to transform into a fairy for a few minutes. You sprout wings and fly around and credits fall like glitter from your wand. Any friends who are near can collect the credits.

You get this pin by helping other players. Other players recommend you for the pin, you need 10 recommendations to get one.

Happiest Guest Magic Pin - When in use, your character is followed by Mickey and the gang in the old RPG line format. If standing in one spot, they will just take the five nearest spaces to you. To show that this is a Magic Pin and not the actual NPCs in the game, there would be little sparkles around them.
How To Get It - Can only be gotten via a code card you get for going to Disneyland on July 17, 2005 when Disneyland officially turns 50.

Naturally, this pin would make me uber mad and scream fowl, but eh, Disney is known to do these kind of things with pin traders in real life.

You mean the hardcore pin-traders. ;) I'm no stranger to them. They're nuts over the pins. I just buy the ones I like. Anyhow, here's mine:

Sorcerer's pin
When activated, it allows you to have powers of the Sorcerer's hat, and you get to have imitated flood waters that splash upwards just around your characters and has comets fly above you in the style of the Fireworks pin.

How about a Genie's Lamp Pin? When this pin is used, Genie appears on a magic carpet and swoops you up, you fly around for a while and then he deposits you back to earth. The Genie puts something in your inventory for you to find as a special treat. Can be used only once a day.

This pin would be awarded after you got 50 player recommendations (see my above pin post).

How about a Turn That Frown Upside Down Pin! This pin, if placed in your inventory, will look like a fireworks magic pin. Once used, it becomes the Turn That Frown Upside Down Pin. You will now have the Happy Mickey emote above your head at all times, forever. You cannot trade this pin or give it away, and the magic cannot be reversed!

You get this pin by telling at least 10 people how sad you are about not being able to get various items. It will just show up magically in your inventory! ;)

Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Magic Pin - Turns your character into a Tiki God Statue. Unfortunately, you cannot walk while the spell is in affect.
How to get it - Dance near the three tiki idols on the island near the Tiki Room until you see your mail icon light up. You will then be notified that the Gods have been angered by all your celebrating and as punishment, you've been "cursed" with this magic pin. Best if done in an empty room, as they should be upset at your dancing after about 5 minutes.

How To Get It - Own every form of lighting furniture (i.e. any and all lamps, candles, anything that can be turned on or lit up).

Wow! I like that PIN, and I thought about that idea too, but felt it might be too animated for VMK. Don't want the system to crash lol Here are some more I thought of:

Dalmation Nation Pin: Black spots appear all around you or you possible become Pongo.
Mary Poppins Magic Pin: an umbrella appears in your hand and you float up and then back down.
Enchanted Rose Pin: (BATB) The beautiful magical enchanted Rose appears in its glass display case and sparkles like magic.

I feel like making this a theme post, so guess how all these pins are related to each other.

Glass Slipper Magic Pin - (boy) Turns you into the Footman from Cinderella carrying around the Glass Slipper; (girl) Turns you into a peasent version of Cinderella carrying around the Glass Slipper. When you activate this spell, you will hear the castle clock strike 12 times and then stop after that (no matter how long the spell lasts).
How to get it - Own a pair of matching Glass Slipper Shoe chairs in your room. Must be confirmed by a VMK Cast Member, so recieving this pin may be a while.

How to get it - Find and Photograph Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather in one frame of film (which shouldn't be hard since neither one is seen without the other) in VMK

Who R U Magic Pin - The vowls of the English alphabet circle you in different color smoke
How to get it - Find and photograph Alice in VMK

Neverland Magic Pin - You get to fly around the screen instead of walk while this spell is in effect. Unfortunately, you are still restricted to the squares you can only walk on within that screen.
How to get this Pin - Photograph Tinkerbell in the Fantasyland in the Sky area as she leaves the Matterhorn every night the hour before VMK closes!

the "eat me" magic pin: makes you guest room size in the main rooms and main room size in the guest rooms ( or big in the main rooms and small in the guest rooms)

get it by: own every piece of Alice furniture in every colour (we do know that new furniture will come will there be new furniture?) or have the alice pin 8 times in your pin collection on show

Call me crazy, but somehow I don't think the "eat me" pin is going to fly in VMK...can you imagine the chaos if those were the activation words? :) Great idea though!

Sno-Glob Magic Pin - A snow globe appears around you with snow falling at your feet
How to get it - Stay on resort at any of the parks during the Christmas Season. You'll be given this card with your guest room key.

Boom Magic Pin - You explode! The more stars this pin has, the louder the boom and the longer you dissappear.
How to get it - Lose the Pirate Game 100 times without advancing past level 1

Earned: Combine Cursed Storm Pin and the Gold Pin mentioned earlier on

Golden Rain (MAGIC)
Effect: Rains gold on everyone. This gives every player in room 50 credits.
Earned: Combine Castle Fireworks, POTC, And Jungle Cruise Magic Pin
EXTRA: If gold or silver pin added it will give 100 for silver, 500 for gold, and 1000 for both added on. This pin is used once a day.

Gold Pin (MAGIC)
Effect: You add this to another pin for four extra stars
Earned: Achieve a score of 260,000 or higher on castle fireworks. Can get 1 Times!

Silver Pin (MAGIC)
Effect: You add this to another pin for three stars extra
Earned: Beating Jungle Cruise with a score of 35,000 or higher. Can get 2 Times!

Bronze Pin (MAGIC)
Effect: You add this to another pin for one stars extra
Earned: On POTC get a score of 30,000 or above. Can get 3 times!

JUST SOME IDEAS!

Gchord came up with a silly (and yet brilliant) idea for a Cha Cha Arrow Magic Pin which got me to thinking.

I'd like to see a Wildly Intense Tango Magic Pin!
How it is activated: This pin is automatically activated anytime you fight or break-up with your VMK bf/gf.
Its effect: You and your victim... er, your love partner... fling yourselves together and begin an extremely frenzied and intense tango for the edification of other players. (Lot's of head flinging, etc. The perpetrator... er, the Pin holder... will have a rose stuck in between their teeth.)
How it is Earned:You earn this pin by having more than 10 conversations in VMK about bf/gf and/or breakups. Once this pin is earned it cannot be traded away or sold. You're just stuck with it.

Well, the Club 33 pin doesn't sound that fair. Almost no one could get as there may be a lack of interest from the few members of the uber exclusive place of magicalness.

The water aura pin- it makes a blue aura come up from the ground under you and makes your whole body water

The fire trap pin-like the water aura except with fire and the thunder reign, rock slam and wind breaker

to get them you must beat every game in VMK and you get all 5. if combined they make the star and moon pin-8 crescent moons and 8 stars make a big circle and they shoot out 2 by 2 every 10 seconds

a star and moon pop up over the person who used the card it can be used every hour :D

What does it do?: Makes loud rock music play in the room tour in.
How do you get it?: Play music game 1000 times!

The Gender Swaping Pin
What does it do?: Turns mal players into females and female players to males.
How do you get it?: Talk to 500 players of the opposite gender.

What does it do?: Encases user in a spider web like thing.
How do you get it?: Be on VMK from opening to closing.

Off of your idea, instead of having to have the music play without choice, how about when this pin is activated, you take out a portable turntable and play a song of your hcoice that you have made.

Singing Inferno Magic Pin
Effect: Surrounds the User In a Blue Ring of Fire while the User Sings.
How To Get It: Perform on VMK Idol.

Immunity Magic - Allows only one line of text to go through that has numbers in it. However, no more than six number places are allowed (i.e. 999,999), and the recharge wait is 30 minutes for a 1-star pin and 15 minutes for a 5-star pin.

How to get it - Ironically, buy it off of Shrunken Ned's shop for 999,999 credits.

Fire magic:
It makes your person made out of fire.
How to get it: Get a five star inferno

When activated, you could turn in to any player in the room, teleport to some random area on the park, activate any of the magic pins, even go in to one of the multiplayer games! (Just to watch though) Everything is random, ANYTHING can happen! (Effects last for thirty seconds.)


How do you get it?

The pin is originally in four pieces, which you will need to combine to make the full pin and activate the effect.

First Piece: Buy it from the Emporium for 4,000 credits!

Second Piece: Get awesome/flawless on every firework on the third level of fireworks.

Third Piece: By random, one day Esmerelda might give you it when clicking on you, along with 200 credits!

Fourth Piece: By buying anything related to Sorceror Mickey at any The Disney Store.

The codes are all one-time use.

You can also get all four pieces if you have all eight original magic pins.

Grim Grinning Parade Pin: Starts a ghost parade that runs for quite a long time. Ghost Guests pass through the room you are in, as thunder an lightning make the room spookier. As guest number 6 passes through the thunder and lightening stops and so do the ghosts. They do a little dance number to Grim Grinning Ghosts (The Haunted Mansion sing-along). In all 27 ghost guests pass through the room, which gives a total of 9 at a time...9 9 9 thats 999 ghosts!!

As you can see, I'm a huge Halloween fan, and oddly my two are the only Hocus Pocus pins I've seen here. I guess that's because the movie supposedly wasnt a great hit with people when it came out. If you're wiondering why the Hocus Pocus pins have such long and hard words to say to get them to work, its becuase they are the actual spell words used by Winifred, Mary and Sarah in the film to perform those spells.
Also, I havn't seen many Haunted Mansion pins with named characters apart from the one with The Bride.

How to get it: Get in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place on the "ever" section of the hall of fame of the haunted mansion game.

I hope no one has made a Cinderella pin yet!! If they have, I hope mine is different. lol

Cinderella's Faith Magic Pin- What it does: It plays the song "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" and gives you 1000 credits and a blue princess dress! (if you're a girl, if you're a boy you get 2000 credits instead)
How You'd Get It: You have to make ten sad smiles over your head, and the magic will automatically start working. Can only be earned this way, and can only be earned once a day.

Scenery Magic.....

What it does...You click the magic button and click to use it. And then a box will pop up and you type a message in and select which type of scenery you want for that message and choose how you want to present it. You can present it by having a nice border around what you said or have a big thing pop-up to everyone in the room and the message would appear where everyone could see it.

It seems pretty useless but pretty cool :D
