Purple were from host events or the maze I beleive. And gold were available through cards given out the attraction at DLR. I went about a week ago, and they were no longer handing out the cards for the gold doors. I have one code for a gold door that I got right after the ride opened, but when I checked back a few weeks later they didn't have them any more.
