Walt Disney built a miniature railroad in his backyard in California called the Carolwood Pacific. It was part of his inspiration to build Disneyland and eventually WDW -- and why each poark contains a railroad and numerous tributes to antuque trains.

Did you know Walt Disney's father never wanted him to go into arts because he thought it would never make walt a decsent living.. heh go figure

Did you know that high up in Cinderella Castle, an apartment was built to house Walt Disney and his family but it was never really inhabited.

Did you know that glass was never replaced and just covered with a spider web.. And this is dl's version it happened in.Did you know they can't replace the glass because those panes are too big? They would have the remove the roof of the attraction, slide out the old pane, crane a new pane of glass in, then replace the roof.
