Just post a picture and tell me what kind of modification you want. I can add special effects, texts, frames.. I can also blur the pic, make it glow, or invert the colors. Even make it look like an old picture! Just tell me what you want. Include which color text and the font, if you want a text to be added.

Example:

But note that I may not be able to do what you want, so I will try to put another thing. I will think what will be the best. I can't change any animated picture either, sorry.
