How do you get a picture of yourself from VMK to the vmk fansite?

np and why shouldnt you not post your VMK person if you didnt then why do they got a tread up about how to post it? there curlyslim figure that by yourself and Mods can now close this tread if he doesnt need anymore help

You can also get VMK Pal and take a shot, its much easier :)

If you want it in short:
1) Ctrl+Alt+Print Screen all at the same time.
2) Copy on a program like paint or something. I think there are some sites you can get an account and copy it there..but then i would have to give you different instructions.
3) Save the picture you have taken.
4) Upload it on the fansite.
4) Upload

you type <file name here of picture> dont forget that to type too if you post a picture :)
