Uh, I can't beat Riku.

It's toward the end where you just got out of Destiny Island and you fight Riku. He's super hard. If you've beat him, how?! I've tried everything that I could think of. So, I need some help.

Gr... im not sure what to tell you, the best thing for me was the 4 cloud cards i kept combining

I know what to do
If his Dark Aura Id what you have trouble with Look in the top screen. when any of his combo start you can break the with a 0 card. easy peasy

I'll try that 0 card thing, he has so many cards in his deck though, so you can't run him out of cards. Then he uses those Elixirs and gets all his cards back.

Ha! I have the game.... but i lost my DS and I'm not in the Riku Level.
BUT just from experience you could equip as many cards as you can, try to visit the moogle shop if you can (you probably can't though) AND ALWAYS SAVE THE GAME!!!

Totally of the subject: Can someone help me on beating Hades on this game? I CAN'T BEAT HIM!!

To me, when I combine, I just lose all my cards, lol.

To beat Hades, whatever you do, don't combine! Just dodge all his attacks then you attack.
Atleast, that's how I beat him.

yeah hades is a pain in the butt, he is so hard ( to me second hardest next to the last riku)

anyway, i can give you things NOT TO DO (for riku and hades boss. everywhere else heartless are simplicity to kill)

do not load your deck with magic
do not load your deck for strait sleights
dont use to many enemy cards

these are things TO DO

use a bunch of cloud cards
use the vexen enemy card to bring you back to life when you die
balance your deck as well as possible
move up and down when he does his stupid teleport attack

i don't really like that game, which is sad bc it's my best one for GBA (ive got a micro yay me).

Okay, the Vexen card helps a lot and I've tried that before with some other cards. I keep using slights and that seems to work for me best, I've got him down to no shield at all (but then I die right after). Sadly, the Storm cards don't work for me, all I have are 2s, 3s, 4s and one 6. Anyone have any more tips?

EDIT: I beat him. Then, later, I did the game again beating him with just cards. No Vexen, no Shadow card, just two Elixirs and a lot of 8 and 9 cards.
