You can make them on paint OR reply to a sig workshop on the forums.
They do very good ones.

oh.. how do u get pics from vmk on here?

you can use VMK pal. it's a file you upload to your computer and you can login to VMK through it. You can also take screenshots and crop them to whatever you want. :)
