i do not think it is still running. Are you needing the pink doors that came from the game? I could trade you some if you want.

how do you get the gold doors?

The gold doors are from the Monsters, Inc ride at Disney's California Adventure park. I'm not sure if they are still giving them out, but you can also trade for them.
