This is a story of what life would be like if we actually did live in VMK. Please enjoy this story. (Mods, if you are to delete this thread, please tell me first. I worked hard on this story and would be heart broken for it to be lost. By the way, the only real name used in this story is my own.
Thanks.

CHAPTER 1
_______________________
The clock buzzed, waking me up with a jump. My bed was made of blue Philharmagic chairs. Very Comfortable, and affordable. I went to my Narnia Wardrobe and looked for a good outfit. I put on purple jeans and a pink sweater, not sure of which hat to wear. I grabbed my cowboy hat and went over to the kitchen. I inserted a quarter and grabbed a breakfast bar out of my Gold Penny press, almost forgetting shoes. I put on my boots and looked around, forgetting the TV that I had left on last night. The screen was white and very large, and from being left on, it was blurry. I quickly turned it off and looked at my watch. "Late for work already." I murmered to myself. With my eyes still not fully open, I ran/walked over to Fantasyland, past the dragon and into a secret door where the monorail was hidden. The dragon was rude and careless, and she never cleaned up, so I had to jump over the bones. Once at the monorail station, I climbed up the stairs, almost staggering from being so exhausted. I sat down on a gold chair and put down my suitcase. Inside it contained papers, sales, and cost listings of Shrunken Ned's Shop. It even had a half eaten donut inside. After waiting about five minutes, I glanced at the coffee counter. The lady over there was chewing gum with her mouth wide open, and looking at a computer. She looked like she was in her teen years. I'm in my early twenties, and have a job, as you may know. After loitering and trying to waste time, I walked up to the counter and banged my suitcase on the counter where the girl was watching a computer. She immedietly jumped and looked up. "Wha wha what? Oh! Oh..um, hi." She looked like she had been standing in front of a car and then honked at. Similar to this situation. "When is the monorail gonna be here? I'm late for work." I snapped in a grumpy voice. "Uh..I think its gonna be around two minutes.." Just then, the monorail slowly approached the station and came to a stop. I heard the "Please stand clear of the doors" thing from inside and hopped aboard, almost forgetting my suitcase. I quickly hopped down and grabbed it, then pulled myself back in. The monorail had so much air condition, I wished I'd brought my jacket. The people on the monorail were sitting down, some reading newspapers, and some snoring. One was regreting that he spilled hot coffee on his pants. I opened my suitcase and finished my chocolate donut. Just then, the "Future" voice said "Now Approaching Adventureland." This was my stop. I opened my suitcase once more and pulled out another outfit. My Yellow shirt and shorts. I pulled them over my other clothes and grabbed my name badge that had exhotic letters saying "SpottedDog". After I had the shirt and shorts over my normal clothes (Which was extremely hot on summer days), I got up right when the monorail jerked to a stop. "Whaaaaa!" The guy who was snoring woke up with a big "BOOMF!" Some of us got up and went through the doors. Others stayed back, talking snoring and waiting. I held my suitcase tight, and followed my regular route to Shrunken Ned's. This was the day I'd hope Ned would give me a promotion. He's my boss. I guess he's kinda nice, but he is a little bit picky on how his store looks. I walked in to the store, hoping he wouldn't see me right away. 'Cause if he see's you right then and there, he'll be sure to give you an assignment. I snuck in through the back and put my suitcase down, straightened up my name badge and went over to the counter. I grabbed a poster, stuffed it where it was supposed to go, and peeked out.

CHAPTER 2
______________________________
Ned was looking around for an employee to boss around. I quickly ducked. I was always the first to arrive, but as I spoke the next employee arrived. No, wait..Two. One in green and another in yellow. Kit was in yellow, because the outfit code was girls wear yellow and boys wear green. The reason? Don't ask me why. Ned just does it to tell us apart, I guess. Just as Kit arrived, Ned yelled "Oh Jolly good! Do grab a broom and brush up the place!" Ned's accent is weird, I know. But you eventually get used to it after working there for two years. I turned on the cash register, slowly rising from the floor behind the counter. Just then a customer arrived. No, not a customer..a VMK baby. The usual one to arrive, to make it worse. Her name was Sheila, and she was pretty annoying. The baby walked up to the counter, looking me straight in the eye. "What now?" I said, hoping my boss didn't hear me. "I want food..my mommy kicked me out." Supposively, that was her seventh mom. I didn't care much for VMK babies, so I tried to act like I didn't hear her. She looked up and said it twice more. "I don't have any food, okay?" I looked around and clicked a few buttons on the register to act like she was buying something. Excuse-em-wa..But I'm trying to work. Can you come back later? She stomped her foot down. "Pwease..just some money?" I rolled my eyes and dug into my pockets. "Alright, fine. Here's seven bucks. But don't expect any more from me!" She smiled, took the money, stuffed it in her pockets and happily skipped out, probably looking for a cafe. During lunch break, I headed over to Banquet Hall and ordered the turkey lunch. I ate it quickly and left a tip. Once back at the store, I went to Ned's office to talk about my promotion. "Sir? I..I was wondering.." "Yes? What is it?" I hesitated. "Um..I was wondering if I could get a promotion." "A promotion, huh? Well, you do perform a jolly good show..A suppose I could promote you to my assistant manager.." "Really? Thanks! I won't let you down, sir!" I came out of his office, still happy. He had given me a new badge that was a sparkeling yellow with bright brown letters. It shined brightly, just like a new job. After my seven hour work shift, I returned home. My Monkey, cocosa, chattered as I walked in. How I got him? Well, he followed me home from the Esplande. I fed him a banana and sat down on the couch. Kit arrived and set down her suitcase. She landed like a fallen vase on the couch next to me, tired from the hard work. "Did you get the promotion?" She asked, sounding hopeful. "Yeah, I did! Spot: Assistant manager." I proudly showed her my new badge, and my new paycheck. Her jaw dropped in surpise. "Wow! I thought he was cheaper then that!" She said, after I showed her my new paycheck. We both laughed and I turned on the TV. The news - showing stories like: A CL doing a project, a lady with a beard (What's so fasanating about a lady with a beard?) I turned off the TV and got up. Already time to make dinner! I grabbed salt, pepper, noodles, turned on the stove and poured some hot water in a pot. I cooked pasta with salad. I got out some Ceaser dressing, and served it on the table. I went to bed, being grateful for the sleep I was going to get.

CHAPTER 3
______________________________________
Once again, woken up by that stupid little clock. It was a few feet away, so I raised my pointer finger and thumb to make it look like I was squeezing the clock. Not any help, I told myself. I grabbed my Everest coat and some leather pants. I decided to take my car to work, so I grabbed my keys and started my little pink car. I had two cars, both pink. I like blue, but pink was cheaper and it matched my outfit. I drived my little car and got behind about twelve others. BEEP BEEP! A little green car next to me furiously honked his car to get the women in front of her to move. She was on the cell phone, paying no attention to the green light. The little green car made a sharp turn past her and went right in front of her, barely missing a car crash. He zoomed by just as the light turned yellow and then red. The lady was mad, but this was none of my business. I drove my car all the way to the matterhorn and parked it in the little 'EMPLOYEES ONLY' area, and I made it just in time, because a group of tourists pulled in inside of what looked like an old style golf cart. I jumped out of my car and hopped to the entrance of the matterhorn. Right above the matterhorn, stood a one-foot around and wide sign that clearly stated 'MATTERHORN' Its actually a nice sign, with fresh paint. I skidded right in front of the tourist group, and almost fell sideways. I was standing on a little "Ice and Snow" covered bridge, and if anyone was to jump about two feet, they would fall about, 216 feet or more. No, I'm not exaggerating. "Hello! I'm Spot, and I'll be your tour guide for today," I said to the group. I lead them to a little hay cart and got in front, where two big mountain goats stood, hooked up to the cart. They all looked very please, and some were nervous. After all, If I were one of them I'd be pretty scared, too. The big mountain goats, whose names were Chiskel and R'onme, had very sharp and long horns. "Just put your seat belts on, and we'll be off." I said that phrase over seven-hundred times, but it never got old. As soon as they all had their seat belts on, I drove the goats inside the Matterhorn. I tied Chiskel and R'onme to an ice burg and helped the smaller tourists out of the cart, then lead them to my usual information-telling spot. I pointed to the yeti and began to speak, but it was hard to ignore his position. He was a huge, hairy creature, his arms around two ice burgs, and he was snoring so loud he made the kids laugh. I went on about his history. "The yeti was found on the highest mountains of Norway, unlike the Everest yeti. This yeti was abandoned by his mother, and is the largest for his age. He was the first yeti found, and his bear slash gorilla like features." I pointed to his claws and teeth as he slept. But I was interupted as one of the kids said "What if he escaped?" It took me a moment to get the answer in my head, remembering all the info I knew. "He never can get out, because there is an invisible gate that acts like a wall. If it senses yeti fur, it will automatically turn on just like a wall." Everyone looked at the yeti in his little cave and opened their mouths. "Wow! So if we plucked a piece of fur from him and went to the door of the cave, it wouldn't let us past?" "Exactly," I said, thinking about my other lines and what to say next. "You shouldn't pluck any fur from him, though." I said it in a regretful voice, so incase any of the kids got big headed and got some fur they wouldn't get trapped in there with the yeti. "It blocks for over an hour if the yeti gets to close." I told them some more about the yeti and they left. Another plain day coming up.
As soon as I got home that day, I looked around for something to do. My house was a briar room, with a fireplace, TV, coffee table, Couch, bathroom, bunk bed, bathroom that included a shower bathtub and all the works, and a kitchen. There was also a back door that leaded to my outside pool, which was full of hippos. Leading from outside, I had a little treehouse that Cocosa always stayed in. Most of my friends hung out there, too. The days ahead of me were Saturday and Sunday, my two favorite days. Why, you ask? My days off. Usual heaven, for me. But before those days I had a my Friday plans. Tonight, High School Musical would be on Disney Channel. I turned on my Tomorrowland Microwave, and made popcorn.
