oh, then I must be thinking of another bird action cartoon show thing

Jason Alexander played George Constanza.
He played Duckman on another show but was not a voice actor in the Darkwing Duck series that aired in 1991 or the video game that came out in 1992.

Even though I was a little to old for the show it was rather funny so sometimes I would watch it. Jim Cummings was the voice of Darkwing Duck.

Drake Mallard was the superhero that was not so super and would spout lines like "He is the terror that flaps in the night" until finally the bad guys would be after him. Who could not love a superhero who at times is a bungling buffoon.

=D I loved that show. I wish they were show it again... I even have it's theme song in my userpage. xD

i get confused between this and DuckTales and MightyDucks, but once i see a picture or a clip i know the differences. can somebody post a picture or clip of it, so i can remember more.


but, it was a good show i believe, cause i had tapes and videos of it.

edit: if i am correct now, DarkWing had a daughter, and some big bird guy that was always with him?

Mighty Ducks was about a ragtag ice hockey team.
Ducktales was about the Disney relatives of Donald Duck.
Darkwing Duck was a spin off of the above show and Drake Mallard the hero did adopt a little girl.

Story summary: Darkwing duck lives in a city like Superman's Metropolise or Batman's Gotham City. St. Cunard is overrun with bad guys including Taurus bulba who from prison arranges to steal the Waddlemeyer Ramrod, an antigravity beam gun. Taurus Bulba has one stumbling block in his scheme, he needs the arming code and the only living heir of Waddlemeyer, the inventor, is his granddaughter Gossalyn Mallard. She was raised in the lab and memorized the weapon's arming code in a lullaby which she reaveals to Darkwing Duck. Drake Mallard adopts the girl.

The show basically is like the Batman and other superhero shows after that two part pilot.
Gossalyn was the superhero Quiverwing.
