Does anyone remember this time block of shows? With Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers and Gummybears and Darkwing Duck. Those were back when Disney Channel cartoons were actually good.

Disney channel cartoons? They didn't air on disney channel untill a few years after they ended the Disney Afternoon.. (it was syndicated, and then for some reason picked up by UPN.. lol)

they ended because it was coasting them more money in the end, so they cut back since most people have the disney channel, and many more are getting the toon disney channel now.

Those were back when Disney Channel cartoons were actually good.

Ahh, I use to watch those on my First TV (in my own room). That was my intro into Talespin. :) The Disney Afternoon was great!!!

LOL I thought I was the only person that remembered that commericial! It actually came on Channel 9 as a countdown to Darkwing Duck before it premiered. After that it was rarely used, but Darkwing was still an awesome show, "Let's get dangerous!"

Gosh, I remember when the area between Small World and Matterhorn at Disneyland was used as the "Disney Afternoon" spots. I even got my autograph book signed by Launchpad, Don Karnage, and Monterey Jack. ::sniff:: I miss those days.

Gummi Bears, Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, Tale Spin, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Bonkers, Gargoyles... those were the good days indeed.
