find Prt Scr on your keyboard, if you have Windows, open Microsoft Paint and hit Ctrl + P, then save this onto you computer.
a) Create an accound at **************** and upload your screenshot onto the site, and copy and paste the new IMG adress on a post :)

b)click the Paperclip button in 'advanced mode' in typing a message, and upload that picture onto vmkforums, and it will attatch-itself to your message
