The Disney Channel television series Bug Juice was a reality show about 20 kids and their experiences at summer camp. Together, they work hard to excel in their hobbies and become friends.

Season one took place at Camp Waziyatah in Maine. During the first season, there were 10 boys in Grove 4 cabin, and 10 girls in Hill 4 cabin. The second season took place at Camp Highlander in North Carolina. The third and final season took place at Brush Ranch Camps in New Mexico.

One of the first Reality shows on TV for the kids. and one of my favorite shows ever to air on Disney Channel, what would be the first thing you would do at a Summer Camp, after meeting everyone?

Well, you would never catch me at summer camp but after meeting everybody I would like to look around the camp. Bug juice was an awesome show, why did they cancel it?

I'm surprised Disney hasn't tried to do another reality type show again... this was popular at its time.. why not some sort of a Disney camp which relates the kids to the parks or something?

absolutly wonderful show. i remember watching it in the summer and wishing i was there.

i remember when i didn't have disney channel but my aunt did and when i went to her house every night at 11 i would watch bettel juice but now it went bye bye a lot of shows are doing that are new shows coming?? bc even some of the new shows ( buzz on maggie,my life with derk,natullay saide ect.) are totaly failing in my opinion disney better shape bc Thats do Raven The Suite Life and High School Musical can't keep the running forever!:wave2:

oh, this show was awesome. I only saw the first season ( saw some of it back when it first aired , but saw the entire first season when it had its re-run Summer days back in '03 or '04 )
any way, me and many ppl around here really enjoyed that show, some of us even wanted to go to that camp! Any way, the best thing with friends and this show is, that if i even say "Bug Juice" while talking to them, they start singing the theme song!

This was one of Disney Channel's best shows ( of 1999, into the 21st century that is ).

pretty soon enough, vmk will have its spot light on Disney Channel, lol. Disney 411 always does ToonTown for their celebration or birthday, so let's see what happens in May with VMK.

P.s: maybe, if this happens, we will see yavn in the commercial, lol.

I loved this show to death.. i stayed up soo late to watch it :) i watched every episode and watched the marathon twice my mum even liked it, it was one of the best shows disney channel had..

YEA! Omg that was the best summer of my life!! OMG i used to stay up late with my sister, we slept on the floor in front of the TV and it was the best. and to top it all off, i went to WDW for the first time that year!

I remember when it first came out I didn't like it but my sister did. When it re ran the first season, I decided to watch it and immediatly loved it. It's really interesting to see camp experience through other ppl.

finally the re-runs of this show continue another summer. i still miss the re-runs being on at night 2 summers ago .. . . .

disney channel tricked us, the minisodes on their site are 5 minute re-caps of each 26 minute episode. i felt that was stupid, so i sent a complaint to their site. . .
