Lilo & Stitch: The Series is an animated television spinoff series of the feature film, Lilo & Stitch and the follow-up to Stitch! The Movie.

The series features Lilo and Stitch roaming the Hawaiian island of Kauai capturing and rehabilitating Jumba's remaining 625 evil genetic experiments before or after they are activated and captured by Dr. Hämsterviel and Gantu. During this series, there have been crossovers with other Disney cartoon series.

With those familiar with the 65 Run Rule. Do you believe the release of Leroy and Stitch has to do with Lilo and Stitch the series getting cancelled? It seems to perfect just months away from cancellation a movie is released. Just like Lizzie Mcguire, Proud Family, Even Stevens.

The movie is actually something that deals with a shows ending.. Ending it in a big Hurrah... or something like that.. (and animators like to hide something against the cancellation if the show was good in this film and get away with it.. like in KP, say no to proposition 65)

Unfortunately... I thought the series was not even close to how good the movie was...

I think the series was geared strictly for 6-8 year olds...

i seen the proud family and jake long still have to see the KP 1 but i need to record those lol i really liked this but they have to find a way to get passed us there have almost been about 600 episodes if not then that must mean that in the next big movie they will have a BIG work trying to fit the ends in.

i think at the end of leroy and stich they start a whole new season of lilo and stich like maybe they have to get some mutant animals or something the stich the movie

Ratings were not as great to hold it over the 65-episode rule...and technically there were 627 experiments.. Remember how someone created an extra one secretly. They needed to catch and turn good 624 experiments.. Since 625 was harmless and made sandwiches...

He should of been expierament 65 then, lol.

Having one new spisode or a few is nothing new... but production at the animation company has ended.. their are no New epsides being animated.. what they have to show thats new is whats been canned and sitting on the shelf in burbank...

Ah but you guys forgot 1 cross over! The Recess gang! from that Disney/toon disney show they showed a while back.

Ah.. but on maps and such... it's all spelled Hawaii... (Probably because that’s how it was entered for the state and not the island Hawai'i itself...) has been since it was mysteriously acquired by America... even before then... (Not a good story to talk about)

The movie was a lot better than the series, but the series wasn't ALL that bad either.

Ok. When I said Mainland people, I didnt mean to say it in an offensive way. I am sorry if I offended you in anyway. The reason why I said Mainland people is because here in Hawai'i, we call people that live in the Mainland, Mainland people. I know that we are all Americans and I am not trying to say that people in Hawai'i is better than people in the Mainland or that people in the Mainland is better than people in Hawai'i. I over-react a lot when I see that people mispell Hawaiian names and that kind of bugs me so that is my fault for putting that comment about spelling Hawaiian names. Once again I am sorry if I offended you.

Does this mean: if Lilo and Stitch gets cancelled from Disney Channel, we'll lose the mass Stitch-ing of the parks, or will I [and others who can't connect how Stitch is more famous than Mickey Mouse] have to put up with seeing him everywhere. I believe the only place Stitch should be found is Tomorrowland, and maybe in the parade.

As much as cartoons make Disney Channel better for me [I grew up watching Disney cartoons, and prefer them to live action], I can't stand Lilo and Stitch. It's pretty much Scooby-Doo with an alien, no Mystery Machine, and more aliens instead of men in suits.

My view on it is, let Leroy and Stitch go out as a movie, and then cancel it. Create something new for them, that doesn't involve incessant babbling that nobody understands...maybe something that is fun for all ages? Not just 6-8yr olds...
