Or you can press the print screen button next to scrol lock and then crop the bit u need out of it using paint!

ALT+TAB is switching windows. But the link posted in a previous post is MrGenie's wonderful guide to taking a screen shot :D

I Think VMK Pal Would Be The Best Because Then You Wouldn't Have To Do All The Cropping And Stuff. Or Would You? Well, idk About Cropping And Stuff But My Point Is, Just Use VMK Pal.
